This Pra Somdej Roey Ploi (sprinkled gems) with Gold Takrut, was released in the 100th year Centenary celebration edition amulets to commemorate the 100th Birthday of Somdej prayan Sangworn (Pra Sangkarach) the Highest Monk in the Thai Buddhist Order of Monks. Somdej prayan Sangworn blessed this edition as the last official Royal Decree Edition made before his passing in 2556 BE.
The edition included Various Pra Somdej types made in various methods, including Chae Nam Montr (soaked in prayer water), and these special Ongk Kroo Roey Ploi Chae Nam Montr version with gold Takrut. In addition, some Luang Por Tuad amulets and another series release of the famous Pra Kring Bovores Medicine Buddha statuette of Wat Bovornives.
Free waterproof casing is included in the price of this amulet.
The Sacred Powder Muan Sarn has been embellished with the sprinking of Crystal Gems into the mixture, which are visibly present on the surface of the front face of the amulet.
These gem fragments are known as 'Ploi Sek maha Pokasap' and are used for the empowerment of Wealthy Blessings, as well as for the spiritual and metaphysical powers contained within gems and crystals, which are formed within the hearts of stars and by the turning of the elements, and created under the power of cosmic forces.
One gold Takrut is embedded into the Muan Sarn on the bottom of the Dais upon which the Buddha Image sits in Meditation.
The Buddha sits on a three tiered dais, and his 'Pra Gaes Mala' (topknot) pierces the arch above him making this a 'Pim Gaes Talu Sum' (piercing the arch) Model.
The rear face has the traditional and official Yor-Sor-Sor (YSS - Yan Sangworn Sangkarach) emblem embossed upon the surface of the amulet. The name of Somdej prayan Sangworn as his hand signature is also embossed and the words '100 Pi' (100 years)
This Particular Pim (model), became immediately rare within the first year of release and is now considered a 'Pim Niyom' (prefferred amulet above other models of the same series/edition).
It is a classic and most recommended auspicious Buddhist Family Heirloom Amulet, that is highly revered by Thai Buddhist people, and will be preferably used as a long lasting blessing that can be passed down to your children and their childrens children, and it can only maintain and even increase its spiritual (not to mention monetary) value, as time passes. It is a most auspicious amulet that will never go out of preference.
Somdej Pra Yan Sangworn, was the Sangkaracha Monk, head Monk of the Thai Buddhist Sangha, and head Monk of the Royal Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, and Master of Ceremonies at the Secondary Royal Temple of Wat Bovornives in Bangkok, which is of course the temple where His Majesty the King was Ordained and spent his time as an Ordained Buddhist Monk. The Sangkaracha, is now Deceased (2556 BE), and since this event, his amulets have been both snapped up and are becoming now ever rarer to find any.
The Sangkaracha, or 'Pra Sangkarach' is the highest and most highly revered Monk in Buddgist Thailand, and has been the most popular and loved of all Sangkaracha Monks in Thai History. His trajectory has been marked by his great compassion and self discipline in Vinaya. The edition was spearheaded by the Royal Princess Pra Somdej Pra Taep Radtana Racha Suda Siam Boroma Racha Kumaree.
Her Majesty organised the edition to raise funds for purchasing medical equipment for the hospital at Kanjanaburi. The amulets were included in a range of different Buddhist amulets of classic renown, which were empowered, blessed and released at the Royal temple of Wat Bovornives. This edition is highly prized for it being the last official edition to be blessed under the official presence and personal empowerment of the Sangkaracha Monk 'Somdej Pra Yan Sangworn'
This is a classic family heirloom amulet to pass on through the generations, for its lifespan is beyond estimation. It is not the kind of amulet thaty will grow out of popularity or lose its spiritual significance, both for the fact that it is a Buddha Image, and for the fact that the makers of the sacred powders and of the amulet, and the temple of origin are of the highest estimable status an respectability.
